This is a fantastic day care. We started our infant at IPELC at 4 months old. As a first time mom, it was difficult to leave your new baby - but I quickly came to learn that he was being well cared for. The staff here is really the best. Everyone is friendly and genuinely seems to love the children they care for as their own. Our little one soon really enjoyed going to school + he was well cared for and kept busy with all kinds of activities. When we moved it was really hard to leave this place behind, everywhere else feels inadequate. Highly recommend this daycare.

We've had an excellent experience at IPELC! My two children currently attend, and I have nothing but positive things to say. The teachers and staff are incredible - attentive, extremely caring and help make every child feel welcome. I appreciate the level of communication they provide by sharing updates and pictures throughout the day. My 2.5 year old has learned so much by attending and comes home excited to tell me about her day. My 9 month old lights up when we walk into her classroom because she is so excited to see her teachers. If you are looking for childcare in Irving Park, I would highly recommend IPELC.

Trust, care, love, learning, community. IPELC embodies all to a T. We feel so lucky to have found such an amazing team of educators and leaders. Our son Beck has been there for ~ 2.5 years, through three class levels, starting as a 1 year old. The app / tech is a nice perk! We receive daily photos, lesson plans, and shared moments, throughout the day. Especially helpful as a new parent for peace of mind, and especially fun for plentiful midday smiles and fun conversation starters for the dinner table. Love IPELC, their culture, values and team. 🩷❤️💜

The vibe at IPELC is warm and inviting. Everyone working here engages with every family and child. They’re professional, yet relaxed and know how to bring joy. They instantly made us feel part of their wonderful community. Our daughter loves it here. Even her older brother who isn’t part of the program feels right at home when he comes to help with drop off and pick up. Can’t say enough good things about this place. “Hidden gem” comes to mind. We’ve been part of other child care programs in the area and this one, by far, is the best. Whether your family is in the area or a close drive, this is the place to be. Family owned for over 20 years. They take pride in everything they do. Great curriculum, well organized. And they are great at communication. Our daughter is in such safe and loving hands. I could go on and on. One of our favorite businesses of any kind in Chicago.

Today is my oldest kid’s second to last day at Irving Park Early Learning Center. He was born in April of 2020, so needless to say, it was a tumultuous time for planning childcare. Not only did IPELC check in with us and hold our spot until we were ready to send our child, but they created an environment that helped us feel safe, loved, and cared for at a time when everything felt off balance. Fast forward 3 1/2 years and my kid has grown by leaps and bounds. The teachers and staff at IPELC treat your child like family in all the best ways. The longevity of the teacher’s careers at the center speak to their dedication to families and the staff that teach, watch, and care for our kids. I’ve had a lot of emotions this last week, but I know that my child has a solid learning and nurturing foundation provided by everyone he encountered at IPELC. They’re stuck with me for kid #2, and I couldn’t be happier.

If you’re looking for a safe, joyful, and learning environment for your child, look no further - you’ve found it!

Our 3 year old daughter has been at IPITC since she was 4 months old. She has learned and grown so much at IPITC. The teachers are extremely hard working and caring, they plan engaging activities, and they support their social emotional development. They us an app that keeps us up to date on what's happening throughout the day as far as meals, bathroom breaks, naps, and many pictures! The teachers are responsive to questions and they have family conferences regularly to update us on our children's developmental progress. Our daughter has made great friends, learned so much, and she loves going to school each day. Our 6 month old daughter just started too!

My 2 kiddos started here together a few years ago My oldest is now in Kindergarten and went through the 2-3 class as well as the preK. My youngest started in the baby room with the amazing Ms. Nayeli and he has moved through the toddler room and now is in the 2-3s. There has been slight turnover throughout the years but also some fantastic staff have stayed with some new awesome staff added. What I love: Truly the community we've built there with parents is unmatched. My kiddos have both made lifelong friends and I never worry about safety when they are there. The playground is also large with multiple ways for children to play as well as many trikes they can use and the facility inside is bright and welcoming. They just added new parking as well to help with drop off/pick up flow.
