Complete MMA gym with Muay Thai, Boxing, American Jiu Jitsu, and Wrestling. MMA class is instructed by a professional MMA fighter. Classes are for everyone. Fun and safe. Try it once and I think you'll be hooked.

A top-notch training facility for boxing, kickboxing, weight training, and all-around exercise. It's truly amazing and inspiring what Brian Scott and his group of construction volunteers and coaches have done to whip this building into a first-of-its-kind boxing gym in Nevada County and staff it with experienced trainers like Rocky Twitchell, whose colorful local history of boxing goes back in time to his coach/dad of the same name. There's plenty of floor space, a boxing ring, numerous heavy and speed bags, weights, and other modern exercise equipment available. The overall atmosphere is friendly and welcoming with lots of camaraderie and support. All ages and genders are welcome. There are classes available for children as well as adults. If you want to learn how to box, this is the place to gain all the basic skills -- with sparring and competition optional -- or you can train to fight amateur or pro.

I had been looking for a few years for a local boxing gym after moving up from the Bay Area and noticed T-5 Boxing from an article in The Union newspaper. The coaches welcomed me in not only the boxing component but also in the growth of the gym. Brian and Rocky treated me with respect, kindness and sufficiently challenged me to reach my goals. The gym itself is well equipped and every member I have worked with has been mirrored the same respect, kindness and challenge that Brian and Rocky practice and every member is accepted at any level. I highly recommend this gym and invite others to take advantage of a free trial. If your looking for a gym that also feels like community, T-5 Boxing won't disappoint you.

I have been a part of the t5 boxing family for a little over 3 or 4 months and it has truly been the best experience mentally and physically, everyone treats you like family and helps out with open arms ! I was intimidated to go in for a year prior but once you do , you will laugh at yourself . Everyone is kind and helpful and the coaches are amazing ! So please come down and be part of the family .
