Terrence is an excellent weight lifting coach. I started my journey to learning Olympic weight lifting with him, and the depth of his understanding of the sport is evident in every session. The benefits of the strength training is great to see in everyday life as well, no more back issues lifting things or knee issues running up and down stairs!

He is very dedicated to his clients and highly professional. I would recommend for any training/coaching needs

Terrence is the best in the business. He is knowledgeable, personable, and works on fundamentals and form. I’ve worked with several trainers over the years but Terrence has not only made me stronger; he has helped with flexibility (still have a long way to go) and eliminated lower back pain at the same time. He genuinely cares about his clients and their overall health and well being. He caters your program to meet your needs while being mindful of previous injuries and issues and building future strength and flexibility.
