DO NOT GO TO THIS DRIVING SCHOOL!
1. Absolutely filthy environment – The school is disgustingly dirty, with no sense of cleanliness or professionalism. It looks like no one has cleaned in years.
2. Extremely unprofessional staff – The instructors act as if they’re doing you a favor instead of providing a respectful and honorable service. No courtesy, no respect, just pure arrogance and ignorance.
3. Rude and condescending instructors – The moment you step in, the instructors treat you with zero patience and full of attitude, as if they are above you. The instructor forget that we paid your $30 per wage. The instructors MUST cordial and cheerful with smile and well explanatory before starting and driving test and after driving test.
4. They think they own you – After just 15 minutes of instructing, they start acting like they have complete control over your life. They enjoy making you feel small while you are driving with them.
5. Intentionally failing students – Instead of being fair, they deliberately fail people so they can force you to retake the test and squeeze more money out of you.
6. Scam operation at its finest – This school is clearly running a money-making scheme, failing students on purpose and pushing unnecessary classes.
7. Discriminatory and biased behavior – There is a strong sense that they favor some students while unfairly targeting others. Many have experienced this.
8. Heavily Terrible communication and attitude – When you ask questions, they talk down to you and refuse to help, and be explanatory and making you feel dumb instead of guiding you.
9. Zero accountability – If you call them out on their shady practices, they get defensive and aggressive instead of addressing the issue.
Vehicles for driving test purposes MUST be equipped with recording web cameras that test could be reviewed by anyone who is unsatisfied with the test and instructors will be liable for their unprofessionally performance. If needed
THE OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS MUST READ AND BRING ORDER AND DIGNITY AND RESPECT TO EVERY CUSTOMER THEY SERVE. Thank you!

10. Authorities need to investigate this place – This so-called driving school is a scam and should be shut down. Someone needs to audit their practices before more people get ripped off.

If you value your time and money don't go here. Don't look at the ratings, as many reviews say it's the worst place. They are really rude, the woman who took my test, she kept telling me why are so slow, I was going 25 on a 30 mile street, and I asked her if I am really going slow, she rudely told me I'm your tester not your trainer!! Then she literally put the brakes while I was making a right turn without any hazardous situation. I was so confused and she just told me you don't know the right of the way, now go
I said I waited for the pedestrian and there wasn't any car, of course she didn't listen or explain anything...

I can't literally explain how bad my experience was!!
I'm just writing this review 10 minutes after the exam, I usually don't put reviews but this time it felt like a responsibility, so that it can prevent someone from having the same experience as me.

I should’ve read the reviews before I went there. I don’t usually write reviews but this one is a must.
The rudest, most unprofessional place you will see when you go there.
Except the lady in the desk.
The driver instructor is something beyond rude and disrespectful. Then when you go talk to owner, you will be shocked on how unprofessional and sloppy he’s.
This place needs to be claimed by authorities.
Nothing more deserving than going out of business. Seriously!
Update: it has nothing to do with racism as I didn’t disrespect anybody there. Someone else was having trouble with them when I got there this morning!!! They try to twist the reality online. Buyer beware!!!!

Had appointment for driving lesson and they just told me that I can’t take it because of the weather while they could let me know before wasting my time and my money .

Great school! Fana is fantastic instructor! Very knowledgable, patient and kind person! Would recommend this school for everybody who needs to obtain driver license, great for brand new drivers!

I have never seen a more terrible attitude towards people! The woman at the counter is not friendly, her face says what am I doing here. The office is dirty and stinks of cigarettes, the inside of the car is dirty. An incredibly rude woman from Ethiopia who took driving lessons. Not friendly and not polite, when we got into the car, I didn't even have time to adjust the mirrors and the seat, she just nervously said: go, just go faster. When I stopped in front of the STOP sign, she kept saying, why are you so slow, you make so many mistakes. After these words, I already wanted to drop off this inadequate woman as soon as possible, she just gives stress, and does not watch how you drive. Of course, after such words, I did not pass the practice. After the failure, she didn't even show me the letter with my mistakes and didn't explain anything. Instead of her, the man said that I made one gross mistake, I didn't enter the pocket to turn right. It is not clear why such rude people work with customers! If you don't like people, then just quit, make room for someone who will really appreciate this work. I do not advise you to come there ever!

Very bad experience. The people and instructors are absolutely rude and use old model cars with bad brakes. Prior to going to the test, I had a query that I wanted to clarify, but they made me sit without answering me, and then came a lady who was so rude and said, "DON'T TALK." They won't even have any instructions notice available in the office, and they don't even show the instructions list prior to the test, and later they will just flip the page for a second and will be like these are points wouldn't even let people glance it. While I was reversing the car for the test, the lady had her hand placed right behind my seat and blocked my visibility through the rear view mirror. She was rushing me all the time and didn't let me stop for a second near the stop signs, making me skip the stop signs. When I had a question regarding speed limit, she again said, "DON'T TALK.". When I addressed all these concerns at the front desk, they said, If you don't like our approaches, please don't come again. Definitely not worth $90.
