I Highly recommend the mentorship program or any classes that Invest Success puts on. I am a former student of the mentorship program and I continue my education with them. As a current student of the invest success program I can say that joining the program was the BEST DECISION that I have made towards getting started with real estate investing. Vince Ku, Tim Emery, and team are very knowledgeable and experienced in real estate. I signed up for the Invest Success mentoring program in June 2016. I've successfully flipped five houses since then and feel that I could not have done this without having gone through the program. Flipping houses is tricky business. There are about a million ways to mess up and make unnecessary mistakes. But, you can also be very successful, especially if you have someone like Tim and his Invest Success group on your side. Invest Succes is a great mentor program that taught me the reality of real estate investing. It provided real life and realistic examples and teaching. This was NOT a motivational speaker in a conference room style, but was real hands on teaching at current investment homes at different stages of the process. They do not do the finding and flipping for you. They guide you and teach you so you can do it on your own. I liked the weekly phone calls and regular meetings because it holds you accountable and stretches you to be successful. There are a lot of aspects to real estate investing and it is not as easy as the TV makes it look, but they were great at guiding through the process.
