The lady red hair in front desk she’s rude person should be change a good nice very welcoming. I can just say ignorance is it was my first time I came international institute and I had black day because of her. I’m texting the managers really you need to teach people how to really be a receptioniste. as long as she's occupied this post u don't deserve a one star

I started a monthly $103 donation. I asked them to stop taking the money out 9/22/22, 11/1/22 and 3/15/23. To date, six months later, they won't stop hitting my credit card. BEWARE. DISHONARABLE. Such a pity. Refugees need so much help

While we love the International Institute as key part of the South City Community, a few months ago we had a troubling experience with the treatment of our office staff by one of their employees. Efforts to bring it to the attention of superiors showed little to no interest in taking steps to work with the individual or otherwise address the situation. We certainly hope that this is an isolated incident as we love the work and mission of the International Institute.
