I recently attended the CCPIA Commercial Field Day Course we have nothing but great things to say about Certified Commercial Property Inspection Associates and, especially the Instructor Dillon Winiecki! As an inspection trainer myself for many years, I can confidently say that Dillon was a very good instructor. His course offered relevant knowledge, information and inspection techniques that many inspectors (both experienced and those just starting out) can immediately incorporate into their business for success going forward. When teaching seasoned professionals it is important to acknowledge that the learning comes from both the instructor and the student and Dillon nailed it!

Getting into a new career was extremely stressful after 20 years in the Air Force. I was extremely overwhelmed and worried about the whole process but after i completed my home inspection school and passed the national test it was time to do the parallels. ICTA made it extremely easy. Setting up the parallels was a breeze and as simple as looking at a calendar and signing up for any inspection I wanted. The companies that he works with made it really easy too. I completed all of my parallels in about 45 days and was able to obtain all of the required paperwork to apply for my license fairly easy. This is a one stop shop to finish your requirements and help you on your way. ICTA and the inspectors you work with set you up for success and will even walk you through applying for your license. Strongly recommend this company if you are serious about becoming a home inspector.

I was very impressed with the class. I have been doing remodels and construction for about 10 years. So I felt like I had a good base of knowledge. This class helped me to better understand what I had scene in those years. It helped me connect the dots to what was done wrong and what was correct. The course was easy to follow along and the instructor was very patient and very helpful with lots of knowledge. I would recommend to others.
