a terrible place where absolutely irresponsible managers work, who do not answer calls, do not call back. I waited for my appointment on mamagram for 4 months because every month my appointment was moved for various reasons that were announced to me the day before the appointment, at the time when I said - everything is fine with my documents, right? They told me yes and then the day before the appointment they moved the date again because something was wrong with the insurance and they found out about it only the day before the appointment.

when I finally went for an ultrasound and mamagram, they didn't send the results to my doctor for 1 month!!! and I still don’t have my results. my doctor's office calls and this clinic only answers that they sent everything by fax, but they don't have anything. disgusting irresponsible attitude. this wait can be very dangerous for my health, if this wait that these employees are doing now and not sending the results to my doctor somehow negatively affects my health, I will sue this clinic for physical damage to my health!!

The professionalism in this location/office is very poor. Called in to try to get some information about as to why "Angelica" (who is the or a supervisor) closed my son's case out when all she had to do is transfer his case to the area he lived in (office is directly across the street). He is unable to commute back and forth (30 mi. from where he is) when he has no job, money or car. Plus, where he's requested his file to be transferred to is offering him services. Help with clothing voucher, housing, transportation, etc... The Inglewood location/office never mentioned/offered any such help.
While speaking with angelica over the phone, she was very unprofessional and kept over talking me and I couldn't get a word in edgewise. I informed her that she was very rude and disrespectful.
She stated to me that she closed this young man's case out and that he could not reopen his case in the location in the area he's in for 90 days. Meanwhile, he still remains homeless because you simply refuse to transfer his case. A representative from the the office in the area he's in also spoke to her and told her that it was unnecessary to close the case when all she has to do is simply transfer his file.
We're in the 2nd week of October and by the time the 90 days is up, the weather would've changed to the rainy season. Meanwhile this young man remains homeless and will be exposed to the weather.
Someone needs to step in concerning this matter to transfer this case that is over Angelica to provide the assistance that's need to assist this young man.

Worst experience. They act like they're working at NASA. The staff had a rude attitude. I called at 4:25 p.m. to schedule a typing test for a job requirement with an upcoming deadline. A woman answered and said they were closing soon. I pointed out that they weren’t closed yet, but she then changed her answer to they were closed, even though the site states they are open until 5 p.m. She then told me to call back on Monday because they are closed tomorrow. These bureaucratic systems seem designed to frustrate and delay people. Congratulations on maintaining such an inefficient system.

This place is ghetto. Do not come here. The securities on the first floor lobby are super unprofessional, having conversations with each other using foul language as if they never had a professional position before. Went up to the third floor and waited and NO ONE cared as to attend. Horrible customer service. Building is empty and staff definitely sucked. Worst experienced.

There are very specific issues with this place. Many of the staffers give the impression that you are annoying or troublesome when you are proactive about your job. I highly doubt many people who have left positive reviews have actually been placed with a job or training. This place should have their funding removed. Must be nice to have the job security that the staff has to not even pretend to care about the people who go there.

Took the day off early and didn't answer the phone. Wasted gas and parking money on this. These social services are a complete waste of time and money, don't waste both of yours like I did.
