My son had his 7th birthday party here and the staff was amazing! It was a last minute decision but the owner, Karen, was so accommodating. They set up the decorations and put together a great party! All the kids a had an awesome time. There was a karate class and games for the kids and my son’s favorite part was cutting his cake with the sword! Definitely recommend!

Both my son (8) and my daughter (16) have attended Impact Martial Arts for 3 years now. In that time they have both flourished. Their mental and physical strength are thriving.

Martial Arts focus greatly on respect and discipline which all children need additional support in.

My son is also active in soccer. Since we’ve introduced sparring into his routine at taekwondo I’ve seen him improve greatly on the field. His defensive skills are amazing. He is not afraid of contact and his agility is improving as well. It’s been night and day helpful for him on the field and I’m certain that his training at Impact Martial Arts has played a major role in his confidence.

His physical endurance stays with him all year even outside of the soccer season because he continues to train with taekwondo year round.

We have been to two tournament events and all of our students stand out in the crowd of studios from all over the country. My son is a 2 time gold medalist, 2 silver and 3 bronze medals. My daughter is a 4 time gold medalist, 2 silver and 2 bronze. And we are just getting started!!!

My son had his 6th birthday party here and it was a HUGE success!! All of the kids had a wonderful time. His theme was Power Rangers, and Mrs. Mitchell arranged for the Red Power Ranger to make a surprise visit. BEST. DAY. EVER. for my son! We could not have been happier with his entire party...all at a great value, too!! He has since been taking lessons and loves every minute of it. We have seen a boost in his self-confidence and discipline in just a few weeks. I highly recommend Impact Martial Arts to anyone!!

Our family started taking Taekwondo classes at Impact Martial Arts in September 2016 after having participated in the awesome drop-in PE homeschool classes for the previous 2 years. Mrs. Mitchell has an unparalleled passion for teaching self-defense because of her amazing story. She and her staff possess the unique ability to see each student's potential and strike a wonderful balance between challenging students, discipline & encouragement. Every student is important whether age, gender or physical ability. My oldest child has mild cerebral palsy and the progress he has made under their instruction is unbelievable. We have celebrated several birthdays at Impact Martial arts and all the kids overwhelmingly agreed they were "the best parties ever". We simply cannot recommend Impact Martial Arts enough. Mrs. Mitchell and her staff not only diligently teach the tenets of Taekwondo (courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control and indomitable spirit), but also clearly model it for their students. We are blessed to have them in our community.

We love Impact Martial Arts! My kids are learning self-defense, sparring, forms, respect, and discipline. We see progress in all of these areas weekly. We love Miss Mitchell and her staff. They care about all belt colors and work one on one with students who need the extra help. One of my sons has high-functioning autism, and he had a very low self esteem and was bullied often. After two months of taking Taekwondo with Miss Mitchell, he has more confidence in himself, he is able to defend himself if necessary, he loves it, and he is accomplishing something he never thought he could do. Miss Mitchell is an 8th degree black belt who has an amazing story. And because of that story, she has a drive for each student to be the best that they can be. Plus, Impact Martial Arts is reasonably priced so that families can afford it. For Taekwondo, Impact Martial Arts in Pelham is where to go!
