Our experience has been fantastic the (previous) director and teachers really cares about our daughter and other kids safety! We are always informed and they even post photos of fun activities they do throughout the day. I'm not sure what others are complaining about.. our experience has been fantastic! My daughter has learned soon much since being there and is always excited to go.

Called about a week ago and the person who answered was very friendly and invited us to join the waitlist. We didn't at the time, as we are a foster family and were only calling for ideas of who would be available should we get a call soon. I called today and Alisha could not have been more rude or disengaged. She told me I could pay $90 to get on a list or she could take my name and number and add me to the bottom of a list but I would likely not get called. Availability is 2026 or if I pay, could be end of 2025. Since we're a foster family, we do not pay a registration fee so we would essentially be placed on the do not call list. I can't believe this is how a business would choose to run, they might as well say they just don't want "state kids," that would have been nicer than how Alisha treated me over the phone today.

Our baby was in the infant room for a year and we had a horrible experience. The director had 0 communication skills and sent him home weekly for things that were not deserving of being sent home ie:spitting up because they over fed him etc. The lead teacher would always run to the director and tell her a reason to send my kid home without the full story or truth and the director wouldn’t ask any questions, she would just tell us to come get him. We spoke and met with her and her supervisor several times to get this squared away over the year and she promised it would get better and it never did. We were so disappointed because it was a new facility, reasonably priced in a convenient location. We have several friends that had similar experiences and pulled their kids as well!

My husband and I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Imagination Station. Our son started this year and it's been a wonderful experience. The communication is great in person and through the app. The teachers really care about the children and go above and beyond for them. Highly recommend.

They didn’t notified me anything about my kids. I’m not happy and I don’t want my kids to be in this daycare anymore.
