I started my son in boys scouts. The pack leader was great as a person and does great with the kids. The problem I did have is there was 3 times when I got no calls about the pack not meeting and one of those times I sat in the school basement for 20 minutes. When I called the man over the pack leader he knew nothing about them not have a meeting and later on called to apologize which was also nice but I chose that that was not going to work out for my ( the no call no shows) I called the Brady office and they said they would find me a new pack in a couple of day, a couple of days went by and no one called so I called back I was told give them a couple days again and then again I got no call back. I called back and asked for a refund and they said no. I paid for a year and only went for 2 months, I did not see the Boy scours as being so neglect,forgetful, or none caring.

Also this happened in February I still have not received a call back

Helpful and friendly , My boy is in Cub Scouts now a Webelos 2 getting ready to become a Boy Scout , every year is a new adventure and every year had to visit the shop .I went to the shop when my boy first joined the scouts as a wolf ,I had no idea about what I needed and I felt like I should of had a clue ,every time I had to go to the shop they was very helpful and friendly and was more than willing to help my boy and I with our journey in Scouts.
