Great Adjusting LLC had sent me to attend a public adjusting preparation class, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Dalia was incredibly kind and communicated everything in a clear, easy-to-understand way, which helped create a comfortable learning environment for everyone. I also appreciated how Chad took the time to answer questions with patience and make sure we all really understood the concepts before moving on. His use of analogies was especially helpful—it made the material sink in and feel much more practical. Overall, this class was well worth the time and money, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to take the Illinois public adjusting certification exam!
