I wasn't told over the phone that I needed an appointment( not someone at this branch) but the security guard was amazing and he said if I needed to make an appointment, they have a great staff! I'm sure they do! He was so helpful! Thank you

FYI: If you are suffering at the hands of IDES you should try your representatives.
The offices of Ill. state Rep. Demmer and Rep. Mcrombie were very helpful , they helped instantly I cannot thank them enough. I pleaded my case via email , they maintained contact with me and follow up, I had resolution in under 48 hours. These folks are on the ball!

The call back system is obscene , medieval, and diabolical. It is a shame on America let alone the state, that people are held in limbo at the mercy of phone signal, phone battery , RANDOM call back times. Then you are called back by woefully inexperienced personnel, Just one un-crossed "T" and you are banished back into a queue that plays Russian roulette with your bills, your credit, your health ,and your very survival . The whole time the people "serving" you have jobs, and income from the very taxes we worked to pay. The Department can't get the queue cleaned up but sure can get your tax papers to you. It's just one head on the vile multi-headed poisonous Hydra beast that is the state of Illinois. How do people receive a call back if their phone service is cut off because IDES dropped the ball on their claim?

I think that they are here just to get my blood pressure up. You do what they tell you to do then when it,doesn't work they don't answer the phone. I left a voice mail on Tuesday morning and by Thursday morning I still haven't been called back. This place is a JOKE!!!!
