I usualy like this place but recently I bought a cartridge for my pen and the box was empty.
And when I tried to let them know they didn't seem to care. I was not trying to get it replaced because I can't prove it, I just wanted them to know that one of their vendors are ripping there customers and that's going to hurt their buisness.

Staff was very friendly and patient with us. The previous dispensary in town we went to didn’t treat us all too well and was overpriced, coming here was a breath of fresh air. Jesse was knowledgeable and helpful, would highly recommend anyone, out of state, or in-town, to come to IgadI for an excellent experience!

If today was my first time I went here I would not return.The lady was really put out and bothered by helping me quite clearly. I've been there several times and had great experiences previously so I will return but hope not to have this type of customer service again. I left with a product I was unsure of just because I wanted to get out of there.

JESSE!!! That youngin did such an outstanding job! Rare customer service and personability. I stopped in heading to the hotsprings for a disposable. Nothing serious. I came out with the heat due to his recommendation 🤣. EXTREMELY knowledgeable! There was a brown guy there who was helpful and hilarious also. It was late at night and I felt completely safe being in the building with both men. Huge as a woman. I felt like I was talking with my Boyz from way back🤣 Absolutely wonderful 1st time visit. Will return everytime I visit the hotsprings.
