I’m surprised at all of the 5 star reviews based on my experience. Noah started working with my son 1:1 during the summer. Some days my son said Noah seemed disinterested in training, other days were great. We had to cancel one class recently and Noah was quick to respond to that text but since I’ve been unable to get Noah to respond to making up the class, giving me an invoice for classes we’ve attended, purchasing more sessions. Nothing. Ghosted. The only conclusion I can come up with is he doesn’t want to work with my son. If that’s the case, say so. Now my 9 year old is wondering what he did wrong and why his coach isn’t responding. Ridiculous honestly.

Amazing gym and Noah is one of the best trainers out there!!! Highly recommend this gym for boxing and fitness, I started with Noah about a year ago and already have 6 amateur fights at 23 years old.

Amazing coach amazing people Amazing gym, everyone is so nice and they really encourage people and they are very supportive Noah always finds time for every single person in the gym and he can turn beginners into amazing fighters! If you are looking for a gym to train at this is one you should definitely consider!

I Noah Training is a fantastic gym. Noah is consistently involved with his students and knowledgeable about combat sports. The gym has all the equipment you would need for combat sports and the community is extraordinarily welcoming and friendly.

This is the first gym that has actually made it all "click" for me as far as being really consistent in exercising and being healthy. Coach Noah (the owner) and coach Josh are great, friendly, knowledgeable people that know boxing and mma.. all you have to do is show up and enjoy the workouts, eat pretty healthy at home and you will see results. The gym is really clean with a lot of equipment available. Boxing classes are wonderful and Coach Josh makes you work 👊 there's always different people sparring during the week and on the weekends. Everyone is so friendly here, i highly recommend INoah to everyone that wants to change their lives for the better. You will feel stronger mentally and look stronger physically. And most importantly you will be healthy!
