As a student, I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with the Huntington Learning Center at Wake Forest. Before going here, I had opted to take the ACT after struggling with improving my SAT score and got a score of 29, which is about equivalent to the SAT score I was stuck on. I tried going to other tutoring services to improve my score, but I did not have much luck. However, when I came to Huntington, my skills in taking the ACT improved significantly. Mr. Ian was great at tutoring me on the math and science sections of the exam. He was thorough in explaining the concepts to me, and the homework I was assigned was very relevant to what was covered on the test. Additionally, Ms. Vivon was excellent in supplying me with numerous practice tests and reviewing them to prepare me for the exam. After taking the ACT two more times with Huntington, I got a score of 34 on my ACT. Overall, I highly recommend Huntington at Wake Forest if you have been struggling to improve your SAT or ACT score, as I have been thoroughly satisfied with my experience here.

We can’t say enough good things about Huntington Learning Center in Wake Forest, NC. Our daughter is in an advanced math class in high school, but by the 2nd semester her grades were dropping, so we sought out Huntington on a recommendation from several other students in the class who were going there as well. Ms. Vivon was able to very quickly capture what our daughter’s needs were during our intake meeting, annd worked with us to find a schedule that worked for us. Mr. Ian provided excellent tutoring to her. He was able to explain things to her in a way she understood, challenge her in ways to help solidify the concepts she was learning, and help her understand her teacher’s teaching style so she could better excel in the classroom as well. Very quickly we saw her grades improve, and she even requested that we not wait so long next year to begin tutoring again at Huntington!
