We have used Huntington with our sons for both High School entrance exams and SAT prep and would highly recommend. We have two very different learners and the tailored each program to our sons’ specific needs. Not only did it help with test prep, but both boys report that it helped them boost everyday classroom performance. The Nanuet team has been super flexible with our crazy schedule and the staff is very professional. Overall a great experience for our family!

My son used Huntington (in Nanuet) to prepare for the SAT over the summer and we also continued the 1st half of his Junior year in HS. He has taken the SAT 3 times and seen steady increase in his scores both math and verbal. He's latest score is competitive for the colleges he is interested in. It definitely helped a lot and was money well spend. My son was happy with both his math amd verbal tutors both veteran teachers. He was genuinly able to connect with them and learn. The SAT prep program was customized to help cover gaps in his knowledge. I don't think my son has the discipline to study on his own and the regular sessions weekly helped keep the effort on track. The administrative staff was also very supportive and flexible with the schedules that had to change many times. My son is very happy with the results overall.

Since starting Huntington , my son has excelled in reading and gained more confidence in explaining topics and stories. Teachers are very dedicated and humble. Staff are wonderful and very involved in his achievement. We have monthly meeting to discuss the progress. And my son looks forward to going there to learn as well.

The staff at this Huntington Learning Center location are phenomenal! My daughter, who is in 1st grade and has been attending Huntington since Kindergarten, was below grade-level standards in reading and math. Presently, she is reading at grade level (no longer being pulled out for 1:1 reading) and has shown incredible progress in math! I have to thank Arlene, Amber, Mayra, and the rest of their staff for their dedication, attention, and ongoing care. You are all incredible! Thank you!!!

I have been working with Huntington for over three years now and have always had a great experience being a teacher here. It is amazing to observe how Huntington helps each student reach their academic goals and be successful in school.
