Huntington really helped my daughter with her ACT prep. She was struggling with test anxiety and certain sections of the test, especially math and reading. We enrolled her in their ACT prep program, and they tailored the lessons to her specific needs. The tutors were patient and really took the time to break down concepts she was having trouble with, using strategies that made sense to her.

One of the things I appreciated most was how they didn’t just focus on content, but also on test-taking strategies. They helped her understand time management and how to approach each section in a way that would maximize her score. They also gave her practice tests to track progress, which built her confidence.

Both of my children attended Huntington Learning Center to prepare for the ACT. One started with a 19 and ended up with a 25. The other started with a 25 and went to a 31. Well worth the time and money spent. Great staff and tutors. Really flexible scheduling and very accommodating last minute changes.

Chuck and Dan took the time to get to know our son, and found an approach that made sense to him. He looked forward to the sessions, came home each night wanting to talk about what we learned, expressed his increased confidence, couldn't wait to take the next ACT test and show what he learned.

The results speak for themselves. No joke: score increased by 5 points. Well worth the price!
