We were very pleased with all the staff at downers grove location especially Tonya. They were easy to work with even with our hectic schedule and my daughters SAT score improved greatly. Plan on coming back for our next child:)

Our initial phone contact with Gail was very pleasant. Meeting with David for an interview a few days later and trying to figure out a schedule was easy. I feel our concerns were heard and a personalized training schedule for Kaitlin was created. So far she likes her tutors and actually thinks the lessons are fun. We are very happy and hope her enthusiasm continues.
