Rude. Acted like I was bothering them when I came in and asked a few questions. I was told by DHS on the phone to go to the local office and turn in some paperwork. I went in and asked what I was supposed to do and the girl at the dust didn't say a word she just pulled out us little slip of paper and shoved it at me. I looked at her confused and she said email your stuff to that address. Apparently they don't do interviews there anymore everything is done online. Why the office is still open I don't understand.

I'm very unhappy with this place. They are allowing someone to falsely call in under my name and use my name to report false child abuse on my brother and sister law. I've tried calling and because y'all lack the ability to answer the phones during the times y'all are open and fail to ask questions when someone calls. This is fraud, someone is using my name falsely and y'all are allowing it. I want to speak to someone to explain to me why y'all just randomly belive people. How about ask for bday and phone number address etc, don't just believe what your told. Because now I'm introuble for something I didn't do. Y'all should feel ashamed of y'all's self

Always very helpful. I’ve had great experiences with this off ice and staff. They treat you like they really care. Plus if you ever have an issue they will listen. I know their jobs are taxing and very difficult especially, when it comes to children. I think we are very fortunate to have this office on our little town. Thank you.

Cheryl warden is the worst. She’s stolen from the bank and because she is so awful and wants the worst for her clients she is banned from watching kids. Why she still works there idk. This place is a joke lol

Worst place ever they say every time u call it's waiting on a case worker, they seem to nvr Kno what's going on and claim they statewide. But every letter you get says calls ur local DHS.

I have had a good experience working with this Dhs for insurance for me and my son. The receptionist is always sweet and willing to do what she can to get you the right info you need. The case workers that I have worked with are diligent and hard working to help me when ever the need arises.

I wouldn't want to live in Franklin county nd have to deal with DHS there they want u to fax stuff to them nd then they say oh we didn't get that so what good is a fax if where u have it faxed to always says we never got it they are famous for that from what I hear from people that live there nd deal with them nd it takes them a month or two to ever get ur application done to even receive anything so I don't recommend u move to Franklin county nd expect anything done in a timely manner nd if
u ask a question they don't like they sure aren't going to answer it they'll just send u to someone else nd they aren't even in the office to answer
