Houston cole library is great! But the Starbucks inside isn't. I ate a prepared sandwich and I became sick shortly after. The staff of the Starbucks act as if they don't want you there, most of the time when I enter, I (the customer) greet them before they greet me. And if I don’t greet first they just dead stare at me. One of the employees looks miserable to be there. And I’ve worked in the food industry so I understand that it sucks sometimes but I never take it out on customers that just want a little lunch! I hate leaving bad reviews but I feel so terrible and sickly right now, something must be said. And one time, I think the girl forgot to put coffee in my drink, like it just tasted like straight creamer and the after taste tasted like nail polish remover! I only eat there because it is close to my classes, but never again!

This is an excellent library with a dedicated set of librarians, staff, and work-study students. They go above and beyond what is expected of them and have a true dedication for service.
