I have been living at the Brummel apartments since August of 2022. I really like where I live. The staff at HODC are very kind people. Iam very grateful too be given the opportunity too live in a nice building, and a nice area.

Received notice to move by 4/1/2022 Property,8218 Kilpatrick Ave Skokie managed by HODC (Skokie location),as of 7/13/2022 My Previous Subsided payments $ still WAS being received @This office Please! Take tour, Housing Voucher elsewhere please an they don't return anyone's security deposit with no damages to your house apartment or not. They are thieves and supposed to be helping folk. They never reported that I moved. Nor did they inform the agency that was paying my Housing Voucher fees either. FRAUD an they took my security deposit saying it was used for cleaning, Unit was cleaned, appliances spotless,never had a Public Housing Voucher nor Section 8 program ever. So they prey on me not knowing basically
