I have been working out here since December! I love the convenience! You can go when you want and there several classes to pick. The 15 minute HITT classes run every 15 min. The iso classes run every 45. They even have free weights for you to use.
The space is clean. The staff is always friendly and willing to help.

Jillian the owner and her staff are amazing! I don’t think I have ever been to a friendlier gym. The place is super clean and I have never had difficulty booking a class. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because there app when tied to fit bit never records my calories consistently and I take the same class daily. That’s a corporate app issue definitely not the franchisees fault

I’ve had a membership for one week and can already tell you it’s amazing. The location is easily accessible, plenty of parking, gym is clean and smells great. Leslie and Jillian at the front desk are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and sweet! I’ve lost weight visibly already. I was unable to sit up straight or bend over to tie my shoes a week ago, after having those issues for two years and getting x rays and massages, hotworx is the first thing to help. 8 days of coming here and I can bend over no problem. 10/10 recommend.

Using my husband’s public account to post this review: Hotworx is addictive! My husband and I go almost every day. The staff is amazing and all know our names. The atmosphere is welcoming and all of the rooms are cleaned several times a day. Without Hotworx, I know my husband and I would feel achy all the time since we are both close to 60 yrs old. We have not been in this good of shape since in our 20s. Weight comes off quickly and the sweat gets rid of toxins. You’d have to try Hotworx a few times to believe the benefits to your body, skin, and mental well-being. We both have visible muscles now and are stronger than we have been in years. We’ve both had to buy new clothes since we’ve lost so much weight and are so proud of what we’ve accomplished. We love spending the time at Hotworx together and push each other through the workout sessions. We are typically in the 3-person rooms and 15-minute infrared sessions by ourselves and have worked our way up to being able to do four or more sessions each day with the temp at 130 degrees. We also love spending the time together doing something to make our bodies healthier. Once we started going to Hotworx, we couldn’t stay away. Again, AMAZING!!!!

Joined HOTWORX in October when they opened and have loved it! Offers a variety of options to workout and I can go anytime. The staff is amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable. The infrared sauna has helped my skin (rosacea) and I feel so good after each workout. Highly recommend trying it out for anyone who wants a unique workout experience and a challenge!

It's great until you want to cancel your membership. I have been trying to cancel since October and it is now April, but they keep giving me the run around. They owe me over $400 because they say it's canceled, but then bill me anyway. So as long as you want to be a member forever DON'T JOIN THIS GYM! Every time I call I get a different answer, no one will call me back. Horrible management.
