How these guys don’t have all perfect 5 star reviews goes to show just how miserable and the insane expectations that get put on Homeward Alliance by the bike thieves and those who think these folks just owe them a new bike because they are who they are! Mark and all the volunteers are SAINTS with a real heart for helping out those in the community. I can’t believe how well they treated me despite the fact I WASN’T BRINGING ANYTHING TO THE TABLE BUT A HEADACHE! Thank you all but especially you Mark. I’m humbled to call this city home mostly thanks to people like you sir. Thanks again for fixing my ebike- Adam

I want to thank Katina as well as the team of Homeward Alliance...you're amazing. Adding to this review I posted three years ago - we are in 2023. I have much respect for those working at the Murphy Center. I am calling out names and that is Front Desk Ana, Teresa, Tammie, Anthony, William Gonzalez, Rhonda - (clothing area) noticed. Thank you for giving of your time to help the least of these in the community. I You guys are amazing!

Extreamly nice people. Staff and clients. Some are unique in meeting needs. Food and tea/coffee till 10 am. This is and early morning place. Wish more funding were available for this place of kindness .

No help whatsoever for homeless. Murphy center is a waste of time. So is homeward alliance. If you're homeless, don't ever expect anyone to actually care.

*edit* always the same response... file a grievance with the front desk. The front desk IS the problem.

Homeward Alliance is the most effective agency in Northern Colorado trying to eradicate homelessness. They are efficient at partnering with local agencies to provide the best care and support for people experiencing homelessness. They are incredibly compassionate and thorough with the services they provide. They are an agency with conviction, humility, and mercy. I am in awe of the work they do. Keep it up, Homeward Alliance. You are making the world a better place.
