I want to thank Home Instead for helping us with my dad's care for over a year. The first time we met Deja, the office manager and business representative, we felt comfortable enough to sign up for services. She was kind, compassionate, informative and comforting. Deja matched my dad with a truly awesome caregiver, Nathan, who was patient, attentive, kind, caring and detail oriented. We couldn't have been happier with Nathan's service, and by the time my parents moved from San Diego to live near me, my dad felt as though he'd made a good friend. We used Home Instead for our mother who wanted to stay at home until the end. Manager Deja was very organized and flexible. Special shout outs to wonderful caregivers Tammy, Eva, Joanne, Donna, Ellen, Teresa and Nathan. Joanne was with our mom at the end and was wonderful during her transition. All kept in touch with our family and we felt good about the care she received during these difficult times.

Home Instead was a wonderful choice. My mother wanted to stay at home, and I did my best to provide a quality solution to her request. Home Instead made sure that we have all the proper people and all the proper scheduling. I never felt out of communication and I never felt left-out of the day to day care. We used Home Instead for my father in Hemet CA shortly before he passed away. The two ladies who provided service for him were kind and treated him with the dignity and respect he deserved. On the day he passed away the caregiver offered to stay passed her required time as I was meeting with hospice. I highly recommend Home Instead to anyone who needs additional help with a loved one.

My mother has 2 wonderful caregivers - Erica and Suzanne. Both are wonderful caregivers and both do their jobs well.
