As a small nonprofit organization, we have tried a few other businesses to help us with timekeeping/payroll services and always felt over looked, due to just our small size.

A collegue suggested checking out Hire Level (formerly Extra Help). That was over SEVEN years ago and we remain just as happy today, as when we first began working with this company.

My wheelhouse is not HR, but our payroll specialist (currently Mackenzie S.) is always available to help me find/run ANY report, etc. I often joke that there is not a week that goes by that she doesn't have to swoop in and help me do my job.

I highly recommend any business, considering a switch, to give Hire Level an opportunity to work with your company. My emails are always answered in an extremely timely manner and if my specialist is going to be out of the office, she always makes sure I have a way to get help with any needs that arise.

We are so glad we made the switch and feel we are valued customers, despite the size of our company.

I had a good experience with this company. I unfortunately didn’t find the job I was looking for but it was a learning experience. Ashley explained carefully of what hire level has been doing for the community. She was very knowledgeable, respectful , professional and positive. Each time I spoke with her she truly was helpful and patient.

they don't answer the phone and will force you to give them all of your personal information just to ignore you. had an interview just to be told that there arent any jobs available. communication is very poor and they do not offer helpful assistance
