When I started this course, I was told they have a 90% passing rate. I thought for sure I'd be in the 10%, but the units were so easy to follow and Cyndi, my instructor, was very helpful; as was Renee! I passed both exams my first try thanks to them!

Renee is an incredible instructor with a vast amount of knowledge. She is well hearsed in the exam, the material that you need to know, and how to get you through it fast and efficiently. This class was worth every penny, and it saved so much stress knowing exactly what to study for and what's important to make it through your national and state boards. Renee has become a wonderful way to start this career setting myself up with the knowledge I need to achieve my lisence, and the resources I need to start my career. I am so glad I chose her class, and will continue to use her for all continuing education that's needed as follows. Recommended this class 1000%. You just cant go wrong!

I cannot speak highly enough about this program at HIRED! I looked at several schools before making the commitment. I was worried going into this program that it might be to hard while continuing to work 40-60 hour work weeks. It was spread out perfectly and manageable. It was not easy by any means, there is a lot of information that takes a bit to grasp. Cyndi was the perfect instructor! When someone looks at you and tells you to "Trust the Process" they mean it. Some quiz' and unit tests took me more than one attempt to pass but I kept at it. I learned the foundation, and Exam Prep week was exactly what I needed to cross the finish line. I PASSED BOTH exams on my FIRST try with high scores. If you are willing to put in the time and effort, you can definitely do this too.

They said 90% of their students pass the licensing exam on the first try and I can see why. The instruction is very specific to preparing for the test. Renee is very knowledgeable and an excellent instructor. I HIGHLY recommend this school.

Renee Helten and Cyndi Carfrey make the concepts clear and simple to grasp. Granted there are some difficult concepts, but that comes with Real Estate.

Every week, we would leave the class with take aways to excel on the exam and real world examples to make the concepts stick.

I really appreciated the ability to live stream the class when needed. Personable instructors and great content! I was able to pass my test the first time through.
