Was looking to explore meditation and this group was recommended. Went to the spring creek meditation n the park. Not welcoming at all. The only time anyone said anything at all to us was to take our $28. I had much higher hopes of friendliness.

I love going to classes and events at Heruka Buddhist Center. I've learned so many practical skills that have helped my life become more peaceful and happy. The community here is so welcoming and I really appreciate that there are classes available to all levels of experience. I had never meditated before going for the first time and that was no problem at all. I've been given all the direction I need to become an experienced mediator and develop my spiritual practice in a natural and gentle way so it fits into my life.

This wonderful, peaceful meditation center in Fort Collins Colorado has exceptional classes, taught by extraordinary teachers all in a serene gompa (meditation room) which must be seen: any attempt to describe it would fall short.
They offer drop-in classes and drop-in meditations, some at weekday lunch times, some after work on Fridays, and so many opportunities on weekends.
The Sunday morning meditation class from 10:30 till noon is just extraordinarily uplifting, as is the remarkable Wednesday evening, 90 minute teachings🙏

I've been coming to classes here for a little while, and find them to be very practical - simple teachings about how to be happy by thinking positive thoughts. Once we have inner peace, our mind is naturally happy no matter what is going on around us. Regardless of what your faith is, I think most people can agree that if everyone were to sincerely care for one another, many of the problems in this world would disappear. -- On another note, their fruit and yogurt parfait is amazing. If you like fruit, yogurt and granola - definitely give theirs a try.

What a beautiful Buddhist Center and Community!
Gen Kelsang Rinzin and Kelsang Thaye are wonderful people with a warm heart, very welcoming and caring. Very nice Sangha also, a great and safe place to go.
We in Salt Lake City are grateful for their repeated visits, sharing their wisdom and teachings with the people of Utah.
I'm very happy for the people of Fort Collins to have such a great and easy access to Kadam Dharma in their area.
Thank you!
