This daycare is the worst daycare we have been to in the 5 years that our child has been in daycare. We didn’t have issues when the old director was there, but after the new director started, we felt like things went downhill fast. Our infant son was not fed for 6 hours at times. Babies were always crying when we walked in, some babies sleeping on the floor. There were major staffing issues. Even though we paid for full time daycare, we got turned away on days because they didn’t have the staffing to take care of our son. They didn’t reimburse us for those days. When we brought issues to the director’s attention, she would either just ignore our concerns or would be rude to us by making passive aggressive comments. The owner would never update our account to show that we had made payments. Finding good daycare is hard to find, but lack of daycare is not worth putting a kid in a place that you can’t trust. I would highly reconsider going with this daycare.

We have been entrusting our childcare to Here We Grow since our daughter started at 8 weeks old and they have been wonderful, transparent, and child-focused at every turn. We have never once questioned the quality of care our daughter receives. We love them so much that we refer anyone who asks about childcare to check them out, and nearly everyone I’ve personally referred has checked them out and loved them. The new owners have made many enhancements to the building to meet safety and regulatory codes, and have worked to reduce stress on their staff and provide structured learning experiences for the children. I highly recommend touring their facility and seeing the happy kids; energetic teachers; and clean, safe, up-to-code learning spaces for yourself.

Just don't. This place was wonderful when in was owned by someone else. Once the new owners took over in early 2022, the quality of care went down. I would never recommend this facility to any parent.
