I reached out to Helping Hands for assistance in paying my rent. I am on workman's comp and it is burying me financially. Helping Hands only has been sending me offers to get a loan. That's no help. I need assistance now. They have done nothing for me but send me useless offers. Where is the help? Smh!!

Kasia is the best! So friendly and great, been seeing her for years. The only compliant is that when I started coming here, no one ever mentioned early intervention. After finding out about it, people made it seem like helping hand should’ve suggested it. I’m not sure if it’s true or not but I love Kasia, and the facility itself.

Very unprofessional and incompetent staff. I was referred to this facility by my child's pediatrician and scheduled an appointment 3 months in advance. If you are a working parent, you know all about re-organizing your schedule to fit in important appointments. I showed up to my appointment (thankfully there was text trail) and the front desk staff did not know who I was. I informed them I was scheduled to meet with Jillian Elmore to which they replied, "are you sure? she works from home today." For a moment I thought I could have been mistaken but my text (this is how I was scheduled) clearly stated the date and time this person could meet with me for my son's evaluation. Front desk rep. excused herself saying she would "go look in the back" to see if this person was in office. I was asked to have a seat and wait. Moments later, ANOTHER staff member approached me to ask for mine & my sons full name, then stepped away to call this Jillian person. Moments later she returned only to say, "Jillian knows who you are and says she will call you in 3 minutes" Okay? What is a phone call going to do for me? I am here for an appointment. I was asked to remain in the building while this was "sorted out" and this girl offered to come "check on me" in a few minutes. 10 minutes went by and there was no call, nobody came to "check on me" so me and my husband decided it was time to go. Not to mention, we had bad weather on this day, and I was not trying to get caught in the middle of a storm! I was not acknowledged by the front desk staff when leaving the building. About halfway home I receive a long TEXT explanation from Ms. Elmore apologizing for their mistake, saying she was only a director, blaming the new front desk staff and their company hiring process for the "miscommunication"...which really... there was no type of communication to begin with! I am in the service field myself and I would NEVER text a client for any type of bad news. The least I can do is CALL and find a solution to their problem. STAY AWAY from this place unless you like dealing with poorly organized, incompetent and unprofessional staff, let alone trust them with your child's care!
