They won't call u and they will cancel your test the day before. Have you drive however many miles. Just to say oo ya they cancelled couldn't call i waited for months to have them cancel the day before and they don't care. Unforseen circumstances is the excuse I got. For a privately owned business I would do more to make sure your clients are happy. I wouldn't practice or test here.
