I attended their inpatient addiction treatment program, Crestone Residential Treatment Services (CRTS) in 2019-2020. This was the best experience I've had at a treatment center. Their entire staff was nothing but supportive and helpful time and time again (Carol was my fave 😁), and their way of showing each of their patients that they were genuinely invested in each of us and our success seemed effortless, second nature. I stayed for 60 days and didn't have a single negative experience that entire time (except for when Shah's Kababs came around again on the meal schedule and the staff decided to order from a different place knowing I was counting down the days before I could order another Falafel Sandwich.... But I guess we can leave it in the past)

I'm only leaving a comment now because I've been recommending CRTS Everytime I discuss treatment with a friend ever since and when i needed inpatient again last year I tried to reach out but never got a response and one friend was told they had closed. . So if this is correct can you guys please remove it from your list of provided services or add a note about how CRTS is no longer offered, or any type of clear confirmation? I've searched the internet for hours on at least 3 different occasions looking for something. I never get called back when leaving messages.

This place has honestly changed my life for the better from the one on one's to the many various groups it helps to talk to others who share a similar experience with you, this place of therapy feels safe ! Unlike other places I have been to in the past , the staff is friendly and always welcoming and they help with numerous things other than therapy, if your in a predicament with your housing situation or any type of real life situation they are more than willing to help, I highly recommend seeing Brandi Hendrix and any group that has Marlo Baca. ❤️

So my brother came to live with me here in Pueblo and he needed to find a doctor, clinic , or such.
We were given the runaround from two other clinics closer to our residence, in which we were told to try "Health Solutions".
Although they were not sure Health Solutions was accepting new patients, as they weren't.
So we called and showed up here at Health Solutions, in which from our very first walk in the door I felt a warm atmesphere.
The receptionists were very friendly, they had patient with my brother for he is ill and his mind isn't all there in his older age.
It is a very pleasant place with kind and pleasant folks.

I have been going to "health solutions" since it was "spanish peaks". Back in 2014 is when I started it was too bad, until my therapist and I decided I needed medication. Then i got transfered to a prescriber and therapist, okay until my prescriber quit. So far I have been through 5 therapist and 5 prescribers. Granted I missed some appointments, but everytime i did and was able to make it to drive group I would have a new therapist. I also called and tried to make an appointment with my prescriber before my "scheduled days" and I was told "she cant see you because it not the time frame that see can see you" and then they tell me i couldn't see her for another month because thats when she had scheduled to see me. I needed help! I needed and ASKED to be transferred back to my therapist that was closer. I'm not saying the people aren't nice they are, but not helpful.

I am not a drugy or a criminal just a regular guy and I have my sister seeing a doctor here also. This clinic is one of the best I have been to in colorado! The medical center is where you want to go for physical issues, the mark is for mental ok?

They are inconsistent and unprofessional. They treat you like your on probation when you're not. They are bad about returning your calls. They make you come in for groups instead of giving you a choice to do your meetings on line or there.

I wish I could leave them no-stars. I was in the Suboxone program, and they dropped me unexpectedly saying there wasn't any Suboxone in my system, which is impossible because I was taking my medications. It went from me being the "star pupil" one week, to getting kicked out the next. No warning, no weening. They also did it the day before Thanksgiving so I had no other option but to be sick. Go somewhere else for your treatment. They don't care here.
