Mindy is a wonderful counselor who has been so instrumental in me navigating all of the challenges and opportunities in my life. She is supportive but is also great at diving deep and helping you challenge your thoughts, particularly from a very informed and educated lens. If you want a counselor who is knowledgeable and balanced; encouraging yet will help you hold yourself accountable, Mindy will be perfect for you. She has recommended other awesome resources (books, leading professionals, etc) that have enriched the work we are doing in her office as well. I can’t say enough about her!

Also, my copays for insurance are very affordable, and she has enough availability that I’m always able to get in when I need to. She is responsive as well!
