Headwaters Center - Winter Park, Colorado

The Headwaters Center is an event center in Winter Park, CO. Upon arrival we were excited to see a beautiful horses drawn carriage. The horses were beautiful to watch. This building is beautiful and could be used as a wedding reception, anniversaries, business or pleasure. The view from the building with doors open is spectacular. The square footage is tremendous, to include the upstairs. The Headwaters Center signage is clear to see from Highway 40. The building is handcap accessible, to include an elevator. There are public restrooms that are conveniently located. The saturday we were there, they had a dinosaur exhibit and interaction activities for the children. I even colored for awhile with my grandsons. The Headwaters Event Center deserves a good look for any future events.

First time, on a Saturday around 430pm for wedding. Gorgeous 😍 , beautiful 😍, there is indoor, outdoor space. A trail and other places in walking distance. I highly recommend for all occasions. That is the real background looks like a picture very beautiful scenery.

I cannot recommend Headwaters enough. We have been there for community events, attended the amazing museum, and hosted our wedding there. The wedding/event team - Lisa, Brittany, and staff were so easy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our wedding. The inside of this building is so stunning and a great place for any event. Their bartenders did a great job keeping things moving quickly and smoothly all night. Highly recommend you make a stop here when you're in town or host an event in this amazing space!

Beautiful facility!! Handled a very large meeting group meeting with plenty of room. Lovely outdoor deck and surrounding areas for great flow and guest movement! Gorgeous!!!

Headwaters Center is an amazing venue with one of the best, and most reasonably priced, barn spaces in Grand County. Their staff is always a pleasure to work with, and they have the unique offering of bringing in your own caterer. They are also close to a lot of Winter Park lodging, which has proven to be extremely convenient for our clients and their guests. Their staff works hard to ensure that your Colorado mountain wedding will go as smoothly as possible. We could not ask for a better local venue partner!

Had my senior prom here incredibly fun, loved the interior; wooden barn-ish design, the beautiful view, the nice stream at the back, and the lighting it was all amazing. Parking and leaving very easy a nice sized parking lot and easy to navigate. Overall loved the Headwaters Center.

We had our wedding at the Headwaters Center in August 2021 and we truly can’t say enough wonderful things about this venue! Not only are the building and surroundings absolutely stunning (reclaimed barn, amazing patio, mountains, rivers, pine trees, amphitheater), but the staff are all so incredible as well. Our wedding was one of the first to be affected by the COVID pandemic, with our original date in April 2020, initially postponed to August 2020, and finally happening in August 2021. We worked with Samantha, Ellen, and Marissa, and throughout all the uncertainty, stress and panic of postponing multiple times, they were all so kind, accommodating, professional, and patient. Once our day (finally) arrived, Ellen and Marissa were fantastic support, jumping in to help with set up, bartending, and anything else you could imagine. We also really loved that the Headwaters Center completely handled the bar/bartenders (less stress on us, and the bartenders were awesome!), provided/set up/tore down all chairs/tables/linens (both for the ceremony and reception), and allowed us to have our rehearsal on site the day before. Having lodging options nearby for our guests was also important to us and being right in downtown Winter Park, the Headwaters Center certainly met that mark, as well. Again, we could not more highly recommend this amazing venue!
