It sucks when your own advisors and professors set you up to fail.
I’ve been trying to teach someone for 2 months about course material that I could not access.
The only help my “professor” gave was as telling me to drop the class. Which I couldn’t do because I was SUPPOSED to be graduating.
Well, here we two months later, I cannot graduate, NO REFUND, and no one gives a good damn…
Oh, did I not mention how I was set to transfer to a University with housing, and they
BLEW MY CHANCES
of transfer housing? So now I am without anywhere to LIVE?

I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by the college advisor and registrar offices. Every single visit to these offices has been a frustrating experience, with interminable wait times and a clear lack of concern for students' time and needs.

No scheduling appointments are available, and I consistently found myself waiting for hours before being attended to. It’s as if the staff operate on their own time, with little to no regard for the schedules and commitments of the students.

Instead of feeling supported and guided, I left these interactions feeling more stressed and overwhelmed. The lack of organization and efficiency is glaring, and it's clear that the office is either severely understaffed or poorly managed.

It's disappointing to see such a crucial part of the college experience being handled so poorly. As students, we rely on these offices for important guidance and support, and it’s unacceptable to be met with such negligence and indifference. I hope the administration takes immediate steps to address these issues, as the current state of affairs is simply not sustainable.

I would give 1 star for the really terrible Office Services, they gave me a lot of confusion.

School sent a bunch of thing that talk about their support to local and international students but when I’m asking them questions that I don’t understand, rarely of them know how to answer it and put me to a hard situation such as they required me to give them IELTS score so they can register me to school, and when I’m asking them “if I already have an English certificate Do I Still Need To Take The Placement Test”, rarely of them know what IELTS is.
Like how can you upload the requirements for IELTS and don’t even know what that is.

The setting of their website is clear but the information they put on there just messing up and misunderstanding for exchange student. They don’t even mention if that info is for local or international student.

People in that building hardly welcome international students when I need help and have a very superficial attitude. the first time when I first entered the office building there was no office for international students and I had to deal with people who didn't know what I was talking about.

I want to ask about the tuition, they pointed me to the financial aid office( where international student don’t have a chance to apply)and when they found out that I was an exchange student , they didn't clarify the information I misunderstood, they even told me to come here and argue with them or what? That made me super mad.

Its service good for American people but just not for me tho even tho all of my professors are super good and nice.

The upgrades are nice. Some of the professors were beyond arrogant and then you had the ones who were great and humble. They do need more caring counselors, and better reception some open areas I still low or no signal. Good school for 1st timers or in between universities to pick up more courses for less money.
