I would not have been so prepared for birth if it wasn’t for Hannah and her course EmpowerED Birth: Confidence Through Evidence. With so much information out there, most of it contradicting eachother, it was hard to know who and what to trust. There is one thing I knew for sure though, I could trust the sound knowledge from Hannah to help me through the journey to childbirth. Hannah’s course helped me learn what I needed to know approaching childbirth for my first time. It gave me more knowledge than I ever could have expected as well as helped me mentally prepare for what was to come. Also, having direct access to Hannah leading up to the birth and immediately after helped me relieve my anxious thoughts with her rational knowledge. Hannah also took the time to follow up advising me of local resources to lactation consultants and mental health outreach. I would not have had such a successful birth journey if it wasn’t for Hannah and all that she has poured into her course.
