New Beginning Gala was wonderful! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was Beautiful because of the time of the season. Caterers and students have great service. I pray Hanna Center's New Beginnings comes out on top. With a huge blast!

Hanna Boys Center (as it used to be known) is a wonderful facility to assist young men as they grow to maturity. There is counseling education guidance and goodwill abounding. The grounds and buildings are quite beautiful and this is truly a historic center representing the best intentions of our community.

The more i looked into this school as an option for my oldest son the more impressed i was. We had a tour the day of move in which included lunch (they eat fantastic there!) and a walk through of the classrooms and dorm he would be staying in. There are several programs including wood shop, sports, welding. Since it is a small campus (about 85 boys) the individualized attention is just what my son needed. The staff is super friendly and helpful. There are counselors on site that are matched with each child after a series of meetings to determine what counselor wilk work best for the child. They have an on site doctor and dentist as well.

We had a beautiful service for my nephew.
The grounds were lovely, very well kept up.
Kitchen clean. And it was nice to see that our young have a nice and safe place to go.

Went on the tour in May and was impressed. I was asked to complete the application quickly so that my son could be considered for summer school only to be told we would be on the waiting list for FALL. Today spoke with Brad and was told my son actually doesn't have enough credits to attend the school which caused me to google the school name. To my shock there was a very recent article about the school (which now explains why there were so many delays) and I am only writing this review so that ALL parents google the school before initiating anything at the school. I am thankful that the staff delayed the process so much and was so unprofessional that is made me do more research. Thank you, Hanna Boys Center.

I was there in 1967. I was living in Santa Rosa at the time, when my family life deteriorated swiftly. It was either there or YA. Stayed at Hannah for a year. I can't believe it's still there. It was very Catholic at the time. Guess it still is. Anyway, I'm 68 now, and had a very exciting life, I guess you could say. Fame & fortune found me, and like life, it slipped away. I'm happy, but I just can't believe Hannah is still there. I was using my stepfather's name at the time, so my record's probably going to be hard to look up. Anyway, I read some poor kid's review, and I was a little startled and surprised that some things don't change. Wish I could talk to this kid though, and try to let him know that this is the most important part of his life. But, when I was at that age I knew everything. And the page turns. I'm going to try and talk to Hannah tomorrow, so we'll see. I'm sure they'll want to find out what happened to one of their own.
