Rhesa and the crew were nothing short of amazing. We had a rough experience checking into another hotel in town and were able to switch easily to the Hampton Inn. The rooms and hotel are CLEAN, smelled amazing and nothing seems to be outdated throughout the hotel. We cannot thank you enough for such a great experience at the Hampton Inn!

The ♿️ room & bathroom were clean. The beds were comfortable with nice pillows and clean sheets. It was easy to adjust the thermostat. What wasn't easy was turning on the shower/s. I pushed, pulled, tried everything I could see or think of, and never got either of the shower heads to work. Please add instructions in the ♿️ bathroom. I'm only 67 yrs old but had my 88 yr old mother with me. Neither of us like baths, just ? showers. For $200+ with tax & fees, it should be more common sense to turn on the shower or instruction card should be provided. Thank you.

The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff was polite and respectful. The best part of our stay was the daily continental breakfast. It was clean and fresh at all times, and the employee that worked the area, Andrea, was cheerful and industrious. She always made sure we had everything we needed, and she was never idle. The food was kept stocked and warm, and I appreciated the fact that nutritious choices such as oatmeal and fruit were offered.

Rooms were clean and ready for us at check in. The air wasn’t on when we came in, and Arizona heat should have a little airflow. We left all day Saturday and came back and the room was 78 degrees with no air circulating. Looks as if the thermostat was turned off completely which was strange because we had to sign on the door for no service.
Beds were comfortable enough and pillows are exactly what you think of hotel pillows.
Bathroom was clean but we had no shampoo in the shower bottle and had to go downstairs and as for a refill bottle.
Breakfast area was clean and the food was decent. The woman who was working both mornings we were there was excellent and super friendly.
Drove in on a Friday night, empty upon arrival, and the woman who was at the front desk didn’t even greet us when we walked in, we had to greet her friend. After that she was hardly personable or friendly. Same goes for the woman working the front desk Saturday night, not even a hello acknowledgment. The woman working Sunday morning was very friendly though.

The stay was an amazing experience. Breakfast was great and customer service was on point. Lady’s in the front and the kitchen staff were so friendly. I would definitely stay again. The rooms were also very were clean and we had all amenities accessible. Thank you!

We drove out to Parker on a Whim..and ended up at the hotel to stay for the night!
We we're greeted at the desk with a warm friendly smile..and we felt right at home from the beginning of our stay!
We had breakfast this morning and we were happy with the variety of great breakfast items to choose from..The biscuits and gravy were my favorite.. the sausage gravy was on point!
While I was there the breakfast attendant was very friendly and helpful going above and beyond to let me borrow a tray to bring back the food to my room..
We would also like to thank Bridget for her help this morning.She was very friendly and you can tell she genuinely enjoys her job..its nice to go somewhere where the vibe is great..and everyone that you come into contact is just happy..and pleasant to be around!!
A special Thank You to everyone that works there..you guys all do a great job..Thank you for making our stay for the night a great one!!

the bed was really nice too sleep in, it was really great because i didn’t wake up at all through a rough night. i also really loved breakfast the scrambled eggs and waffles were amazing. But the one thing i liked most was the bathroom it’s just very clean and nice interior it’s a really nice hotel.

Very nice and clean hotel, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only thing that was a little disappointing is it was 4rth of July and the franchise owner refused to fly the American flag. I'm not a fan of current administration but my son is in the military and fights for what that flag represents which is our freedom. I was extremely disappointed in this decision by the franchise owner.
