I’m writing this review with a sad heart. Yesterday I had to take my daughter to the ER to get stitches. They called me telling me my daughter hurt herself. At first this was a good daycare, but then after the months passed I noticed it got bad. They were always low on staff making me lose days of work. My daughter would come home with scratches and bruises. I understand things happen, but it gets to a point where enough is enough. I told one of the teachers to please report everything to me, because they weren’t doing it. After that, I saw it kind of stopped. I was deciding whether or not to take my daughter to another daycare because it just had gotten so bad, but I didn’t and now I regret I didn’t. It’s crazy how I was paying all this money for them not to be watching my daughter the way they should of been. I just really hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else’s child and I really hope now they will pay more attention to the children. It breaks my heart they let this happened when it could of been prevented. Only one teacher and the director was in the room. They don’t have enough people watching the children. I would say it’s dangerous to leave your child here. Please look for a place where your child will be cared for the way they should.

We are forever grateful for our Brookhaven KinderCare family! Our son has been going here for a year now and has had amazing experiences in the 2-year-old and now 3-year-old Pre-K classrooms. Every single teacher of his has truly been phenomenal, we are so impressed with their ability to nurture, care and guide our son towards tremendous educational, social and emotional progress. Our daughter just started in the infant room and we are so in love with her teachers in that classroom as well, top notch care, support and love that they are giving all the infants in that room. If I could give ten starts for this facility and staff, I would in a heartbeat!

First I would like to mention how amazing management is, both Emily and Nicki. They are really committed to providing the children with a fun and safe environment ( I am truly thankful with how loving and understanding they are as well).This daycare is an amazing place! I have been using this location for over 10years and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend sending your children to their center (they don't just babysit your child, they teach your child and allow them to be hands on). All of the teachers are friendly and attentive. I especially enjoy morning greetings from teachers my child has yet to experience its awesome they are engaging with all parents and not just their class. Thank you for giving me a peace of mind when this mommy is away .. 😊

We are very happy and grateful for the teachers and especially the directors. They have done a wonderful job making sure we feel comfortable as well as giving us a bunch of feedback throughout the day. I notice the teachers cleaning very frequently and taking the time to get to know each kid individually. We have been at previous day care centers where they aren’t clean and organized and I can tell the difference it makes for my children. I would recommend this place to anyone! Ms Nikki and Ms Emily are fabulous. Shout out to Ms Sarah, Ms Mayra, Ms Bobbie, Ms Odalys, and Ms Noeli for giving us such a wonderful experience.

This place is absolutely ABYSMAL! Please do not take your kids to this establishment. They do not care about your children. They ignore parent's instructions, and they do not adhere to health concerns or allergies. I have told this place several times that my child is allergic to tomatoes, and they continuously give my daughter tomatoes.

Just today, my infant son was taken out of his clothes and was forced to crawl on the hard cold floor with no socks or onesie on, when I have provided change of clothes. I wouldn't be surprised if he gets sick yet AGAIN from this daycare, as it would seem like he gets sick from this daycare on a weekly basis, which brings me to ANOTHER complaint of not reporting when a child is sick.

My infant son had a severe fever and I did not hear anything about it until I came to pick up my son. They said his temperature was 105 - but no one thought to call me about my son. I also heard from another parent, that they did the same thing to their child. AGAIN...PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!

I wish I could give them 10 starts. The staff is simply amazing, anytime i've had any sort of concern they were always their to help and guide me. When I had troubles with my youngest adjusting, they helped me find a program to get him on the right path. The teachers and management here are outstanding, and I would highly recommend this center to anyone in need of childcare. You can tell the teachers and staff genuinely care about the kiddos and that is super important. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Our daughter has been attending the Brookhaven KinderCare for over two years and loves going to school. At home, she talks about many friends and teachers, as well as the director and assistant director. She comes home with lots of photos of activities she participates in, including an additional cooking class done outside of her usual classroom. We are impressed by how well she already knows her colors and shapes, and that she is counting to 10, at under 2.5 years old. We can tell that our daughter is learning every day, and creating lasting relationships with her friends and teachers, and have recommended the center to many of our friends.
