We only had time for the 2 hour float. Great people. They were professional, yet super chill and easy to communicate with. They gave us great pointers to make sure we were safe on the water. I wouId highly recommend.

I can't say enough about how helpful this team of staff members is. I went in to make reservations but I was worried about accommodations for my elderly and handicapped Mom and my special needs son. The gal (sorry I forgot her name) at the desk promised me the team would make everything work!! We got there this morning and BOOM she was right!! James and Scott were right there waiting for us! They helped my mom get in the boat and explained to her then explained everything to my son on his level. They did a perfect job of calming my moms nerves (her first boat trip). She loved it!!! Thanks to everyone their that helped make this a great memory.
(Side note my dad passed 8 weeks ago. My mom insisted on taking him with her. Look close at her necklace. The ring he wore on his finger for 54 years is on her chain. ) Thanks again everyone!! You rock!!!

Good times on the Colorado with help
from Grand Junction Adventures. We have our own boat and paid for the shuttle service. We brought friends along who rented a boat and shuttle. We’ve sent a number of friends to them throughout the season. Nice chill people who are also efficient. Highly recommend!

We went to Highline Lake State Park and rented a kayak for 1-hr for my husband, our daughter, and I. We loved it so much we added and additional hour and we had so much fun! This was our first time kayaking and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Recommend them 1000% the staff was so kind to us and welcoming.

I had an incredible experience climbing Independence Monument with “James” my guide, who was a local expert. His in-depth knowledge of the area made the hike and climb not only enjoyable but also enriching. I highly recommend him for anyone looking to delve into the beauty and history of the region.

Great day on the water today. The staff was super nice answering questions the day before and we got out first thing in the morning. All day ride in a raft. Did the lower half. Started at Las Colinas and ended @ Fruita State Park. So glad we took a cooler! 9am-4pm on the water. Jumped out a few times. River felt amazing. Will do this again!

James and Liz at Grand Junction Adventures are good folks with a smooth operation if you're looking to shuttle mountain bikes or float the Colorado River. We did both and everything was awesome. Really convenient to communicate with one company for both adventures. Highly recommend.

Whether you’re passing through Grand Junction or a resident, an adventure on the Colorado River is a must, and a trip with GJ SUP is the best experience. Elizabeth and James were absolutely wonderful to work with for coordinating a small group outing. They were very communicative, told us what to expect leading up to the trip, and were great guides during. There was a huge emphasis on safety, which was important to us as beginners.

The SUP trip was beautiful with great views of the Mesa, and a very relaxing experience.
