Horrible! Do not use! Their tutors are no shows and cancel at the last minute. By the time my daughter was due to take her SAT she had only had 5 out of 10 sessions I had already paid for. I had planned using them until June for the SAT, ACT and AP exams. Because we had gone through multiple tutors failing to show up or canceling at the last minute I did not want to continue with them. In order to cancel they increased my hourly rate to a higher amount to give me a smaller refund. $86 an hour for a college student that has never tutored before! Highway robbery! So even if your tutors don’t show up you have to pay the full amount. No accountability for their tutors, staff completely unsympathetic with no solutions. I am leaving a review everywhere I can to warn people to stay away from this company.

Go somewhere else, Trust you will save time and money. In the beginning they make you promises. We do a one time charge of $25 that doesn't get applied till you find the perfect tutor. That is a lie. The first tutor they set me up with didn't even work the hours that I gave them. The second guy didn't even show up and didn't let me know he was going to be late or not even show till I messaged him. Then my schedule was crazy I had a few technical difficulties. Before I could request another tutor they charged my card with out authorization. Which I found out they can do as soon and as many times as they want as soon as you give them your card number. For the initial $25 charge before you find the perfect tutor for you. I should of trusted my gut when they asked to charge before providing any services rendered. Also I gave them the times before they set me up with the first tutor. They knew from the beginning nights and were not a possibility for me. Yet that is the first tutor they set me up with. So don't buy that they will find the perfect fit.... You will spend all your time answering questions about your schedule and they won't even pay attention to it when setting it up. If you are busy like me and are using this service to make your life a little less chaotic and a leg up while going to school. This business will not help you do that. I already found a tutor after canceling my service with them and it took less than an hour. The person I found doesn't charge $68 an hour like these crooks. In fact I am paying $20 an hour and they don't charge me until they actually do what they say tutor me. Also just looked at glassdoor apparently they charge a ridiculous amount and the actual tutor only gets a very small portion. Doesn't surprise me.

I love this company! They are very personable and listen to the needs of the family. When you call you actually talk to a person, not an automated system like some companies. I have enjoyed working with them thus far!

Sounds like a fake company to me,they don't tell the whole truth to people and you never know when to tutor students. Also students are called customers I dont know why.
