What I was told on the phone was completely different from what ended up happening. I was told that a $25 refundable fee would be held until I decided whether or not I wanted to use the serviese and that the first hour was not chargeable but more to see if it was a good fit or not. Well because of my dog getting sick as well as the holidays I decided to wait on proceeding with the one the tutoring packages. I text with the tutor told him not to show up for the time that was scheduled explaining why and that I would contact them when I decided to continue with their services. From then on I receive phone calls and text every day asking when I was going to pick a package then the phone calls turned into I used 3 hours of time and that I had make a payment or they will send to collections. I was also told that my account had two different messages saying I had canceled the next appointment and another part saying that I used 3 hours.... Well at this point I'm really frustrated and irritated with all the phone calls messages and then turning into a threat of collections. I finally Called back and was told that I'm not getting back my $25 because I enjoyed the services and I'm also getting charged for that hour which was $43 so in the end I ended up paying $68. I have literally had so much going on that I can't even find the energy do try to clarify what happened.... at this point I will just move on from it but just figured other people should know my experience. If you use their services make sure you understand exactly what you're going to pay and when. I will say that my tutor was great we had no prob with that and I was planning to continue their services once I was more financially able..... I feel like the miscommunication from the start will only bring more problems down the road for me so I will not continue with their business.

They need to get their act together. The person who took my call got me set up with a tutor who didn't have the right knowledge even though I told them specifically what I needed. At the end of the day the guy on the phone was just trying to make a sale. The problem right now is this tutoring costs a small fortune and I really need this service or else I wouldn't pay almost $1,000 for only so many hours of tutoring
