Our kid has been coming to Gracie for a while now. Their Sensi teach on a volunteer basis and are very focused. They are tough and respectful. Judo is a difficult contact sport and they push for the students to do their best and bring out their inner champion. There is a strong family vibe to this Judo club. Grace is a ball of energy with a fascinating history and I feel that she does a great job running this club with safety in mind.

It was a terrible decision to go to Gracie Judo. My daughters had done competitive judo for years and after starting at Gracie Judo I watched their skill level go down drastically. I also did not like the amount of bad mouthing the instructors would participate in about the kids, parents, each other and other judo clubs. This is not the kind of role models I want for my children. Colorado has several excellent judo clubs, I would recommend going elsewhere.

Gracie Judo has done wonders for me and my kids! My daughter struggles with her self-esteem and confidence but after only one month at this dojo I have noticed serious improvement! She has made tons of friends and I am impressed with the level of attention given to each student. Also the facility is well kept and always clean 10/10 in my book!

My kids have been at Gracie Judo for 18 months now and we are very happy. The Sensei’s are firm, but kind teaching discipline, respect, perseverance, and grit. Grace is an Olympian, but doesn’t push everyone to follow in her footsteps, rather she asks all the kids to be “Champions in Life”. My wife and I highly recommend bringing your children to Grace and her team, or joining yourself.

We were at this club for two years. After the first year, I began to notice many concerns with how this dojo ran and how the athletes were treated. Not to mention safety issues. This dojo is similar to a cult-like environment. The sensei's are unprofessional in every aspect. When we left and began training at other dojo's, our experience regarding, the lack of respect, lack of training and lack of support from Gracie judo was confirmed. If anyone is looking for a professional dojo for themselves or their child and would like more information, please reach out to me and I will share our experience at Gracie Judo Club. I do not recommend this club for anyone. Hyland Hills judo, Denver Judo, Work Time judo, North Glenn Judo, Buddhist Temple Judo, Mile High Judo Co, are much better dojos.

Gracie was my coach back in the late 1990's. Within two years multiple kids and adults were competing at the national level and winning. Six months ago I started judo again with Coach Gracie and it has been fabulous. The dojo has a family feel and has been really welcoming with me coming back. The coaches are great at providing opportunities for all levels and ages to learn. I'm so glad I came back to judo with Gracie. I highly recommend Gracie Judo Club for all levels from little 4 year olds to adults.

My 9yr old has been going to Gracie Judo for just over two years and loves it. He is challenged, held accountable, and learning a great skill. Each sensei works well with the kids (of all ages!) and we feel lucky to have “found” Grace and her crew.

Gracie Judo is a spectacular Dojo!! I personally own a dojo and have had Grace come to my Dojo in WA. When I have national competitors competing and I'm unavailable Grace is the one that steps up and helps my kids treating them like her own. Grace is the most decorated female Judoka in US history. Grace is great sensei that cares about everyone who walks thru her door. I have two former students 1 young girl and one adult who moved to Demver and love it there and are so greatful to be at Gracie Judo!!
