This is one of the messiest goodwill's.I have ever visited. It seems like everything is just tossed in a big pile in the back instead of being a little organized.

Easily the worst Goodwill I have ever visited. Piles upon piles of pure junk and high prices to go with the items. The staff are rude and don’t have a clue how to interact with people. Well, at least my wife won’t have to worry about me shopping too much at Goodwill anymore since they are the only one here in Sierra Vista. Never coming into this craphole again.
EDIT: I braved going into this dump so I could get a few pics. This place needs management that can lead these employees and fix this horrible mess.

I have been frequenting thrift stores all over the country for nearly 20 years now, and I am ECSTATIC that this Goodwill store is local to me. My kids always find cool toys or books in excellent condition. My husband and I both find great clothes and all sorts of useful stuff for around the house. A $110 food dehydrator I've wanted forever, found here for...$8!? Heck yeah! And at least half of my maximalist-decorated walls are paintings and shelves and other wall decor from here lol. Also, most of my favorite books over the past few years were picked up at this location!

Every visit I am able to find some gorgeously original, unique, nostalgic or otherwise awesome items. No thrift store is gonna be perfect... but I legitimately cannot find any one thing about this Goodwill location to complain about.

I seriously LOVE my weekly trips here (FYI: Thursdays are when they mark everything with a certain color tag $1...so that's usually when I try to make it in... Getting a cute new dress is always fun, but when it's only a buck!?!? Makes it that much cuter :-))

Small but adequate. I was surprised at all the name brand items they had in there. I bought two items that still had tags on. Will return.

It was ok. Their prices are too high, but at least I got my senior discount!

Unreliable and bad management. Also Goodwill has become ridiculously overpriced

The store is fairly well organized but..... it smells horrible. Like feces. Also, way too pricey. I picked up an item that had the original price tag on it and the GW price was a dollar more. I won't be going back.

They fire their employees if they take too many sick days which encourages their employees to hide when they are sick and come in anyway for fear of losing their employment. I feel like this is hypocritical because they require masks and act like they are doing what they can to prevent covid but then don’t treat their employees in a way that makes them feel secure enough to take sick days. I know it’s an “at will” state, so Mabye they aren’t doing anything illegal but I find it completely unethical especially in the day and age we live in.

****Edit to add after business response.

Your response was clearly copied and pasted and did not address the issue at all. So you admit you encourage sick employees to come to work putting the rest of the community at risk? Pretty terrible practice after so many people lost their life in the pandemic.
