Okay clothes a little pricey. Cashiers were extremely rude. Literally got yelled at by them while checking out because she was trying to go to lunch. I get it but never been disrespected like that just trying to buy 3 tiems. Not worth the clothes to have workers being mean to you. Super embarrassing. The arch around the corner has much kinder staff.

Prices have increased significantly over the past few years..as well as no longer having open fitting rooms. Ridiculous, I won't buy clothes that I can't try on first. Used to be a favorite but will not shop at any Goodwill stores anymore 😔

Why are there a Goodwill and Arc store in one of the wealthiest neighborhoods in Colorado?
2nd and 3rd hand stores are intended to serve those who can't actually afford new clothes, not those who can afford most anything they want.
Thrift stores aren't there so you can find 'vintage' items. Thrift stores entire purpose was supposed to be to serve those who need them, not a wealthy community. Just another thing the 'haves' have ruined for the 'have nots'.

This is one of the best Goodwills I have ever shopped at.I purchase all my grandchildren’s items here, clean and some still have the new tags attached.
This store has great team members that are always using customer service and with a smile . Always find a Bargain here.:)

Everything is way over priced!! I had a piece of clothing NWT but without a sale tag and he (a manager I’m assuming) said “oh yeah, if we come across nice stuff like this we send them to be sold on the Goodwill website.” He then proceeded to look up the items on his phone to give me a price. So instead of keeping nice items in store for people to buy they’d rather send them to the online store so they can get more $$.

A worker was very blatantly following us around the store - two feet away at all times. Never offered any assistance and was very obviously staring and making faces at us. It was so uncomfortable we decided to not buy anything and leave due to what felt like prejudice and stereotyping on behalf of the staff toward customers.

I used to love this Goodwill. Now I never find anything. The round racks are not labeled and it's hard to find my size. The lack of dressing rooms makes it hard since I live 2 hours away and can't return clothes within their window. I don't seem to find good stuff anymore. But maybe it's the economy and everybody has to shop secondhand now.

Found lots of stuff that I didn't know I needed for such a great price you can buy gifts and clothing and all kinds of knick knacks for the house great little place to come and get what you need you'd be surprised what they've got here.
