Gold Country Kuk Sool Won is the best martial art's school I have ever seen! I went to see every martial arts school in the Grass Valley and Nevada City area before signing up and Kuk Sool Won was the best, hands down!
Very professionally run, and there are many great teachers!
I highly recommend this school to anyone looking to get into martial arts for themselves or their kids.

Gold Country Kuk Sool Won is one of the best martial art schools. My daughter and I have been members for over 10 years. We have always be shown respect and encourage from the instructors and the students as well. In the few exceptions where a student by his or her attitude was not a good fit, that student was quietly phased out in support of harmony. The family atmosphere at GCKSW promotes a valuable experience that encourages all to work on developing their defensive skills while forming lasting friendships. I encourage people of all ages (I'm 65!) to come visit the school, talk with our master instructor Tony and have a free lesson. Then it will be clear what a valuable activity training here can be at a very low cost compared to other schools.

Have attended Gold Country Kuk Sool Won for many years. Everyone is fun to work with and help is always available. The instructors always give individual attention when needed. Classes are available six days a week. They are very family oriented, my entire family has in the past or are currently attending classes since 2005.

My mom signed me up for Kuk Sool Won when I was about 10 just to kill time. Now I've been practicing for over 10 years and it's had an enormous and wonderful impact on me! Without this place and its owner, Tony Reyna, I would never have discovered my passion for teaching and would definitely not be as happy without it and the incredible people there.

This is the best martial arts school in the county and probably in the state. Tony and Lyla treat their students like family. I trusted my children to them and I hope my grandchildren will also attend. I highly recommend this school particularly for children/

I have been practicing at this school for years. The school is professionally run. The martial art is enticing with a wide range of disciplines. The community is very supportive; everyone is very respectful of each other. In addition, they are supportive of all ages.

Took my children to check it out ,more of a gym than martial arts center my kids sat for half of the class since there was only 1 instructor with no help even though there were black belts sitting in class. seems expensive also
