I have been with Gil and Go Pilates for years! The fact that I am strong, flexible and healthy is attributable to my work with Gil. She is always being creative and attentive to what my body needs. Her attention to details and body signals is amazing. Her studio is well equipped and is a great place to have a nourishing, fun workout. When I walk out of her studio, I always feel lighter, taller and stronger.

I have been a client of Gil's for over 10 years. I started because I dislocated two lower discs in my back in a kayak accident and after seeking advice went to GO Pilates and worked with Gil. She knew exactly how to address the issue without pain and as a result in less than a year the disks (to my doctors amazement) went back to almost normal. I have been going ever since and having turned 87 I credit Gil with my fixability and stamina to keep on traveling and to be engaged in community volunteer organizations. Whenever I get a little creaky my body says "call Gil!"
