After being told and rushing to get my daughter enrolled by the 5pm deadline I never received the emails for her Life coach or orientation to be arranged so I contacted the lady I was working with and she said "she'd look into it". I still did not hear anything a couple days later so I called in and spoke to Frank. Frank was not very friendly and said he'd look into it and call me back, he never did. A couple days later I spoke to the first lady who I was working with supervisor and she assured me that they spoke to admissions and my daughter had made the deadline and was enrolled and I should hear something beginning of next week. Well still did not hear anything and when I reached out again I was told she was on the waiting list with no explanation as to why. Apparently this school lacks in organization and communication and I'll be looking for a better online school for my daughter.

Staff member (Frank) is rude and doesn't now how to resolve issues other than be petty. Wife was repeatedly dismissed as she was just trying to ask why they have not assigned or talked to her about her education. Wife asked some hard questions apparently because the only resolve she got from Frank was to have the loaned laptop deactivated and reported as lost or stolen. Poor communication skills, lack of assesment and or readiness to resolve problems of students concern. Wife asked several times if she was supposed to go to them or if it automatically assigned her the work. She has been in contact with them by email and phone but now that laptop is deactivated no access to the email to show proof of the communication. In my honest and most humble opinion the school and staff is just a money grab.

Every time I call the aim in town no one answers or it goes to voice mail .Are you open today or not. The rest of Pueblo is closed soooooo I think its bad management. And I'll be writing a letter to your president of board. This is rediculesss ive tried to get my daughter enrolled 4 times. .you can't just go down there and make an appointment. .you have to Call them. So tell me what the hell i should do.

Don't go here unless u don't have any type of medical issues along with you have to already be smart and never need help. I'm a 11th grader and unfortunately I will be dropping out due to this school. I've been with them since freshman and they refused to give me classes my freshman and sophomore year I'm now paying for it with only 9 credits to my name and them telling me because of their mistake I will be staying 3 extra years and I will be put through so many loops..

so far i have had a great experience with this school!!! Its affordable and if you put effort into your school work its rewarding 🙂 Staff is friendly and helpful
