The Galena Center for the Arts is an integral part of the Galena community giving the residents and tourists s chance to check out the frequent art shows (there are new shows every few months) and to attend a small playhouse to view interesting performances. There is a gift shop with beautiful pieces and art for sale that is displayed on the walls of the museum. I love the Broad Ideas program that happens yearly and is such a female positive and overall empowering program.

They have a very nice selection of art thar changes by the season, with many local artists on display, most for sale as well. They also put on wonderful shows, from radio plays to full productions in a cozy new space.

Attended a celebration of life of a close family friend. The staff that were there helping to direct people were very friendly the space was just perfect for what was needed

Nice use of a older building in the community. The road signs leading up to the place are terrible. Different kinds of artists there was a lady painting a picture.

I took a terrific class at the Galena Center for the Arts. It's a nice facility, with a bright clean classroom on the lower level. The staff was helpful and friendly. The center is undergoing a significant remodel, and it should be positively beautiful when it's done!

Always great to visit here! The radio shows, table readings, the galleries, and the special exhibits are always fantastic! And don't forget the music! A chorus, singer songwriter showcases....there's always something here. Great to have Carol and Jan providing a venue for the arts!

Went to see Around the World in 80 Days.
Great acting. Excited to see the building and it's development as an artist community.
