Google should make an exception of giving 0 stars just for this service. I wish I could rate it lower. There's not much to say other than DAILY OUTAGES...
We just signed up for this service and within a week, it's down more than it's up. Every night when I get home from work it's out and doesn't turn back on until 7am or so. This isn't only an inconvenience, but a possible safety hazard. Imagine needing to get a hold of someone but you can't because Frontier is out as per usual. There's no competition other than a satellite company and at this point that may be more reliable even with slow connections. I should only pay for what I use, therefore, my bill should be half. Since I'm getting 50% uptime and 50% downtime.
If this doesn't improve soon, further measures will be taken.

Constant issues with never being reimbursed when they are at fault. Spotty internet service and always has a lag. If there were different options in my area I would have switched companies already. I do NOT Recommend using them as a provider.

I wish I could give zero stars. Worst internet service ever. Bill goes up every single month, terribly slow and outages CONSTANTLY! I don't understand how they have any customers still. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of Frontier.

Absolutely poor technical support and customer service have been with these people for over 6 years they keep giving me the run-around my internet's been out for 4 days now everytime I call it's a different problem tell me 24 to 48 hours I'm on the fourth day now if it's not on by 5:00 today I'm switching services I can get new service installed and Internet in less than 3 hours by a different provider

In May I was charged over $200 for Voice over IP and again over $100 in June. Without an explaintion. As an older lady I am not technical and I did not understand. I contacted Frontier several times without resolution. It took a call from an expert in computers and law to obtain resolution. Still no explaination was given for why they charge for Voice over IP. They claim this for long distance calling but I had unlimited long distance calling on my plan for years. In one of the calls to Frontier one of the service people admited a mistake was made on thier part. This was totally anyoning and took litterally hours to resolve.

To be clear, I have no issue with Frontier Communications' Voice service when it functions. I didn't think it was possible, however, but over the course of a recent four-day service outage Frontier's service department made Comcast's service department look good! No updates from Frontier. Website, text message, chatbots, agents were evasive, vague, and/or contradictory. Not what I expect from a Communications Service. AND I was told I had to contact Frontier after service resumed about compensation for the days without service. (I also had to enumerate the days because somehow the agent I was working with only counted two days rather than four between Tuesday and Friday.)

Would have an easier time sending this review by running up to random people on the street and telling them that everything about this place sucks than posting it here while connected to their internet. Never buy it. You will be paying a monthly fee for a little box that doesn't even work. And that direct connect button on your router? That doesn't work either. It doesn't really mean anything, I just thought I'd point out that we've gotten our router replaced several times and on every one, the button has never worked. The CEO should go enact jugular bleed.

I have zero nice things to say about Frontier Communications. Our phone lines are constantly not working and their customer service is useless. I'm about ready to get some string and tin cans. They would probably work better.
